I'm having trouble finding somewhere to flash the firmware on my 3650 near where I live. I live in Essex, so somewhere in Hertforshire or Middlesex(London) would be good. I have visited a couple of carphonewarehouse stores and they said they either didn't have a qualified enough engineer in store or didn't have the firmware for the 3650 yet.
Has anybody managed to have ther firware flashed anywhere in these counties?
Is there somewhere I can send my phone off to to have the firmware reinstalled?

Fleetmobile in Chadwell Heath are promising by the end of the week they have the software but no 'Jigg'

And CarphoneWarehouse, The Brewery, Romford, has the Jigg & Software but their guy is awaiting 'training' again they say end of this week.

anyone know what the latest UK firmware version is, and what bugs does it fix? (apart from the video recorder left soft button opening the audio recorder)

Did any of the companies you talked to tell you what version of software they had or were hoping to get?

Naa - when I asked one did not know as he has not looked at it yet and the other just said - 'the 3650 one' and gave me a dumb look 😉
