If you have a 3650 or 7650, use my FileExplorer, it doest this automatically, you can download it for free at www.gosymbian.com

That is old problem, try a search 😃
(Its because of your sim, but firmware update (to 4.xx) fixes that problem.)

I use an old firmware (3.12) and it works fine; be sure to be 'on the file' (.jpg, .gif, .bmp) when you use 'set as operator logo'

Got a question. How do you remove the operator logo you set? And set the default (which is the network logo) again?

simply, go in c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo and remove the .BMP file in this directory (with FileExplorer, for example ....)
Don't forget to restart the phone after.
