Free Traffic-i demonstration now available to download

Was quite looking forward to trying this out, instead of giving you a 30 day trial period or something they give you a rolling demo of what it "should" work like!

I really wanted to test the accuracy of the reports on my journeys before buying....now I just have to take their word for it that it's accurate and works well.....err, NO THANKS!

I too was looking forward to an "real" trial not a pointless mock-up. I did however enquire about this some time ago and their response was:

"Thank you for the interest you have shown in Traffic-i. Unfortunately
due to the current discussions we are having with various UK network
operators we are unable to supply the demonstration version of
Traffic-i.

However, we do offer a full refund, should you not be completely
satisfied with the product."

If you really want to try this you could email them, [email protected] and get a similar confirmation before you shell out any money. I have to say, while not being as good as try before you buy, at least this method better than buying the usual commercial software where, if it doesn't meet the requirements, you've just wasted your money. BTW, I have note taken them up on this offer yet, still considering.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago, before the demo was available and think it's great.

I can't see SonyEricsson putting a Traffic-i banner on their site if it doesn't work properly though.

I met a couple of guys from Traffic-i at Exposium yesterday, they were on the Sony Ericsson stand.

said they were unable to give 30 day licences because of the deal they have with the data supplier.

product looks great though.
