Restore problem, voice commands

When i restore my phone, all seams ok but the vioce control. All of the voice msg i put on my contacts is gone.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Do you use the latest version of PC-Suite(1.4.2)?

Nope, i'll try that. But i've have the same problem with version 1 and 1.3. Do you know if there is any changes in backup.. Versoin 1.4.2?

I don't know the exact changes, but I use PC-Suite 1.4.2 and backup/restore works like a charm now. 😊

I did have some problems with backup/restore using the first version, but the latest one did the trick for me.

I used Ver 1.4.2 to restore my P800, after a firmware upgrade, the voice commands were not restored,

I use the latest version of pc suit and phone firmware. Voice commands still dont get restored. You shure you have tested if voise commands get restored? 😮

No, sorry, I don't use voice commands at all, my bad. I see now that voice commands is the one thing that doesn't get restored after a backup/restore. So you have to re-enter them manually.
