i am struggling to copy music as well as video clip on my p800 i am looking for tips and tricks please help me :angel:

Could you be more specific about where the problem actually lies?

Largely the steps are:[list]
- Connect P800 to PC and establish connection
- Open 'myPhone' namespace in Windows Explorer
- Drag and Drop files into relevant folder in the phones' Documents area.

Note that you have to put the files in the right folder, so putting an audio file into the video area will not work. The right folders should be fairly obvious by examination though.
