Is it ok to format both internal and ext mem?

it's quite okay to format both, I know this because i've done it 2 times already.

When you do the internal format, the P800 would reinitialize itself to the factory setting. After formatting, the P800 will turn itself off, then after you have re-started the P800, it would then ask you for the basic preference, i.e. language...

??? But why are you doing this ???

I'm Having trouble with several progrms crashing.. All error codes have 3 lines. First on differ, but 2 last are always the same:

Program ******
Reason KERN-EXEC
Reason number 3

Then the prog crash. An example is when i try to insert a sound to a MMS. I then get this message:

Program Closed
Program QMapp
Reason KERN-EXEC
Reason number 3
