i found the mp3 and video features useless on my p800 cos i dont know how to download music or clips can anyone help me..... :-? :-?

Do u mean download directly using your phones internet or transferring files from your PC?
Phone Internet
- Load your browser
- Go to the site
- Click on the file you want to download
- It will then ask you to open or cancel the file -- click open
- It will begin to play (video anyway, havent tried to download mp3s)
- From memory i think you have to select Save from the menu
- It will ask you where you want to save it to
PC transfer
This part i dont remember, someone please confirm
- Install PC suite from the CD supplied and it will install a File Manager like program. The icon looks like a P800 that will appear on your desktop
OR
- When you plug in your USB, windows will auto detect and install a File Manager like program.
