Hope i dont confuse anyone. The correct name for R2D as everyone calls it is R2A. If you say R2D to the service centre reps, some will say 'we dont have R2D but we have R2A' and others will know what you are talking about. R2D is the firmware of the phone but the overall firmware package is called R2A.

This is a PDA Mobile Phone and as the older Ericsson R380 it has "2 firmware" versions! One for phone which at this time is R2D and one for the PDA part of the P800 which is now R2A.
As simple as that!
