Hello. Just a simple question After upgrading to R2D in France, the voice command mode seems not to function any more using bluetooth headsets. Before the ugrade, it worked almost flawlessly; Can someone help me restore normal work of this fuction as i badly need it having got acustomed to using it before.
What do i do wrong wrong in order to get it to work again. I have recorded again all voice stamps but none works.

Im sorry if you didnt get this, let me elaborate.

Before you can use the Bluetooth headset and the P800 together you have to go through a "pairing" process. To do this you must set you bluetooth headset to "discoverable" mode (Refer to bluetooth manual for this, usually it means pressing the power button for atleast 10 secs then you get blinking lights) then you go to the bluetooth configuration on you P800 and click on add device.. Then it searches for Bluetooth devices it should then find the bluetooth headset, then you are asked to enter a passkey (usually "0000", refer to bluetooth headset manual). After that, you get confirmation that it is ok. Voila. You now use your bluetooth headset.

Hope this should be the right kind of english that is easier to understand 😊

The upgrade also gets rid of the recordings of the voice commands that you may have done and you have to re-record them (in mine anyway)

Thanks for all your inputs Here are the simple facts After upgrading to to R2D firmware and despite all my efforts, this feature is no more available voice dialing using a paired bluetooth headset. After recording a "voice stamp" corresponding to an entry in my telephone book, and after switching carefuly all options in order to activate voice recognition on the phone, the voice stamp is not identified and thus no dialing occurs while depressing the button on the headset and saying the corresponding recorded sample.

Can someone help? Has someone encountered the same problem after upgrading to R2D?

Thanking you in advance, i remain;

Arnaud
