PC-->PHONE

I`ve bought an VScom IrDA Serial Adapter and it`s able to transfer pictures from phone to the PC but I can`t do anything vice verca (app, pictures...)
If I try to transfer a program,phone disconects,and if I try to do that with the picture,PC Suite shows me some `unexpectid error`.

What am I supposed to do? 😞
