1/2 trashed 9210 - need to back up

I trashed my 9210, if I open up the communicator the light comes on but I see no grapics, however I can conect to the unit via serial cable.

As I have a spare 9210 I would like to know what files I need to pull from the trashed unit so that I can keep my contacts and old calander

back up, all to pc in a new directory then

transfer all that to mem card

new directory means telling pc suite a new path otherwise it will overwreite existing and put back only new dateted saves
