How do I know if I have the new R2D upgrade???

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I must say most of it confuses the hell out of me!!! but I shall learn!

As above.... got my phone last week..... but not sure how to tell if I have it or not???

Can someone help please?

Go to:
Applications tab=> View Menu => System Information

It should display the following information

Phone CXC162002 R2D
Bluetooth CXC12529 R5A
Organizer CXC162001 R2A16
CDA CXC162001/2 R3A12

oh mine is still R1D.... oh well will just have to wait for the upgrade to come to the UK.....

Get your ass over to a Carphone Warehouse, or phone one. They can do the upgrade for you....

Thanks for the info. on how to check system infomation. Now I have to go and get the upgrade for the P800. This is an awesome website and I have learned so much about this little machine.

I'm in the US and it seems like no one here is supporting the phone. Does that mean I'm out of luck on getting the R2 upgrade? 😞

Sure you're not. Just go to Europe sometime. You can get an English upgrade everywhere here in Europe! :fadein:
