How to transfer / Restore backup files from N7650 PC Suite

Can someone help me on this?
I just lost my phone(7650),and bought a P800..All my contacts,msgs,etc are backed up on my pc using Nokia Data Suite 7. Is there any way i can transfer the files(Contacts & Msgs) to the P800??URGENT!!
