using outlook with 3650

what error message are you getting?

i got a message ( failed to open outlook)

1) Have you installed Outlook & does it work properly? (Is it Outlook Express, Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, some other version?)

2) Does it work properly by itself (you can launch it, send & receive mail, etc.)?

3) Have you installed PC Suite for the 3650?

4) Does it [PC Suite] work otherwise (e.g., does Backup & other functions work)?

5) What are your synchonization settings in PC Suite?

6) What, exactly, do you attempt to do when you say "use outlook with my 3650 phone"?

1. if u mean that i instaled it (outlook) on my pc so yes but on my phone no

2. yes my outlook is work perfectly

you can't run outlook on your phone, you can just synchronise the calender, to-do list and contacts with your phone.
click on synchronise in PC suite and create a new task, choose outlook, let it do its stuff then click syncronise etc. very easy. it works great for me.

You may also need to create a new task if you want to synchronise your phone with a PC scheduler, because PC Suite cannot always determine which PC scheduler you want to synchronise with.

To create a new task:

1. Connect your phone to your PC.
2. Click the Synchronise icon on the application bar.
3. From the Synchronise menu, select Configure Tasks.
4. Click Manage Tasks under Calendar or Contacts.

If no tasks are defined for the selected task type, this button is called New Task.

5. In the Manage Calendar Tasks or Manage Contacts Tasks dialog box, click New.
6. Select the PC scheduler from the list and click OK. Synchronise creates a task with standard settings.

The following tasks are included in PC Suite (you may be able to obtain more tasks from your supplier or the Internet):

Calendar and Contacts synchronisation (with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Organizer, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Schedule+)
