AHHHHHH!! this sucks!! My brand new 3650 isn't working!

Well i was trying to play a Game Boy rom, from the messages folder, it froze, for a long time, and i can't press anything, i took out the battery, back on, tried to make it work, it doesn't. I get Phone Start Up failed, contact the retailer. I took out the MMC, and tried it and it's not working, my phone memory was empty! I install all on MMC, how can i format? PLEASE HELP! this really sucks

Have you tried the standard holding pencil for 30 seconds when booting technique?

What else can I say:
_CONTACT THE RETAILER_

I had a similar problem, my first 7650 was kinda buggy. I went to the store and they replaced it with a brand new one, no major problem. 😊

The files didn't work j2k, nothing worked!
😞
How do i hard reset? the * # 7 3 7 0 # 1 2 3 4 5 leftsofkey is doing nothing!!

Does anyone know how to hard reset a 1.34 firmware 3650?
*#7370# does nothing on this firmware 😞

I finally screwed up my buggy phone and now I can not get into my programs as the 'menu' key does nothing?

And I've a presentation this weekend 😞
DOH!
Better get myself off to Carphone Warehouse...

This is so aggravating..

The phone is working in every respect, only I press the 'menu' key and nothing happens - this kind of renders it useless!
All the softkey applications work and the shortcut keys work - but without the menu key I can not launch any other programs 😞

If only I can 'restore from MMC' or get into the 'memory card' application without having to press the damn menu key to get my list of applications up!

Any ideas??

Best

Look how bad this is, i finally found a place to fix it, he says he'll flash the software and i can take it in two days. I called him just now, and he says it's a HARDWARE problem!! HOW THE HELL CAN IT BE HARDWARE?! He said he flashed it but it's not working, i have to wait a week for the spare parts, you've seen the screen up there, how could it be hardware? Can't a simple flash solve the situation?!??!
