I live in NYC and just bought a 9290 last week. I have not been able to use MM converter with my windows XP. Nokia support told me that it's not supported. Is there a way around this?
Also is there a way to keep catagories when transfeing info from outlook?

I'm a Nokia 9210 user and was using Windows XP too but i dun face any problems with the MM converter programs.I think maybe it was a diffrent version for 9290.Anyway,sorry coz i can't help you.Maybe u can try to ask your local Nokia Center?Hopefully can solve your problems soon....

I have XP Pro and all the Nokia software works fine.....
I would suggest you go to the UK Nokia site and download the uk version of the software for the 9210 / 9210i
That should fix things for you - hopefully
