Old/Multiple Pc Suite backups

I might be missing something obvius here,if i am you can club me to death with a banana cake.

I havent found a way to use old pc suite backups,or backups made on a different pc.
Is this possible?

u make a copy of the backup in another folder...

if u need it,u put it back to the backup directory.

I make this with my 7650 like this,and it works fine...

I have thought of that too,but i was not sure whether it would work.
So you are saying that you have tried it and it works,no conflicts between different backups etc etc?
