Try a hard reset: *#7370# although that may not recover deleted system files

Or, take your phone to a Nokia Service Centre (and get a firmware upgrade at the same time)

maybe... do you know file/folder you deleted?

I've never tried this before, so I don't know if these files will work if simply pasted into place. PM me with your email and the name/folder of the files, and we'll see if it works

Sounds like the wildskinz bug.

yeah seem like a wildskins bug like what happened to my phone. but after disabling wildskins the phone works well again. :-?
