For outgoing mai My mail account provider requires authorization on the port 587 due to security reasons.
Incoming emails are OK.
Please recommend any specific email client software or hints how to set up SMTP outgoing server.
The error is "Incorrect Internet access. Sending messages cannot be
possible because of policy reasoning or incorrect email addresses".

Looks like they need you to have SMTP authentication which the 9210 doesn't have. I think you're stuck here!
I have an account similar to that. They insist that I authenticate with POP3 before allowing SMTP, which is fine.
Are you using the SMTP account provided by your ISP? My setup always has the ISP's SMTP server and any POP or IMAP server to which I need to connect.
