😮ops: How embarrasing, Ive got my shiney new p800 this lunch and Im setting it all up. I tick the option to password protect the device when the screen saver comes on then goto the passwords screen to put in a password. It asks for the old password and whilst Im hunting around for the factory default it locks me out!!!! 😞
Can anybody please help and tell me the factory defualt device password!

Seeing as you dont mind answering stupid questions can you tell me why I dont seem to be able to insert the Duo card so its flush with the side, at the moment I cant and therefore cant clip the pen back on with it inserted!

sounds silly, but worth checking.
screen saver lock happened to me. i just switched it off, and turned it back on. uncheck the screensver lock and your fine.
the default unlock code for orange uk is given as 1111, as that didn't work i tried 0000, and it worked.
