I have a 32mb Sandisk card. When it is installed in my 9210 I can't install any software to my phone, The error msg I get is that the instalation file is corrupt. When I take out the card and use one of my Nokia 16mb cards it works fine. I can copy software and files to the 32mb card via the 9210 icon on my Windows desktop, So I have tried copying .sis files to both the C and D drive and tried to install them via the 9210 but with the same error. I can format, read and write to the 32mb card just can't install software while the card is installed. I have even tried reinstalling the 4.13 firmware in the phone while the 32mb card was in the phone ( I am a tech for a Nokia service center) and still nothing. I have spoken to my contacts in Nokia, But they are not aware of any problems. I fix these things all day, But have only just started to play with the 9210 seriously. I think I would be able to help anyone here with any hardware problems but not with the PDA OS.
Problems with MMC Card
Go to Office group / File manager / menu / memorycard /Format memorycard.
your card must be formattet before you can use it.

Thanks Blacking,
I have formated the card via the file manager and via windows a number of times. All with the same results. Maybe I should just get a known working 64 meg card and put the 32 meg back in my camera.
