Hi All,
I have formatted the memory card and the system of my 9210. I want to reload all the software back on so I have downloaded all_memory_card_data_v413 and all_nokia_9210_data_v413 from the nokia site. (I have 4.13 upgrade already)
Now do I need to install both of these installations? And If so which location? C or D?? I have 16mb MMC.

To reinstall software after formatting the device
Install, all_nokia_9210_data_v413 first to C Drive. Then install, all_memory_card_data_v413 to the D drive.
(Just a reminder - you have to reinstall the same version to your machine v3.62 to v3.62 / v4.13 to a v4.13 machine.)

It depends what you want to do, but personally I use Power Data from www.epocware.com - it's great for making to do lists, making a simple database of notes, a journal / diary...endless uses 
and it's capable of exporting those nots, lists, data onto CSV, TXT, and HTML!
But there are some good things which come on the CD with the Communicator, like the Game Bounce, which is simple but fun
