Hi there, recently I managed to loose a lot of contacts during a sync with outlook, and managed to duplicate all my calendar entires and tasks 9 times!
Anyway I thought the easiest way out would be to do a restore, from the back up a night before.
I tried, and all it said was the error message, "there was a problem with the restore please try again", so I did, and got the same message!
I thought maybe I will have to try a previous backup, which I would loose some things but at least get my phone back to how it was.
I got the same message for all 4 backups I had made.
I mean what is the point of having backups if you cant restore them. I suggest you make a backup then instantly try to restore afterwards, just to see if you can restore it!
If anyone knows a solution please help😊
