I think that is network dependent. You need to ask your service provider (or at least tell us who it is).

I just found it, its really stupid i didnt saw it, yes it depends on the service provider, in my Case its Portuguese TMN, just enter the number you want to dial and then choose the top right key of the keypad, and the option pops up. Still thanks for replying.
