Cannot access profile menu.Please help me!!

Hai there.....

I just upgraded my 9210 to the latest version(4.13)and its seems like everythings fine but i'm having a problem that i can't access the profile menu.When i try to open the profile menu,it came out a note 'Unable to find specified object' What does this mean and what should i do?

Have you tried to format your 9210 ? Otherwise take a backup and do that, and then reinstall all the software again. If this not works the only thing to do is to go backup to the servicecenter again...

Had the same problem!
All u need to do is delete the dbProfile.db file from c\system\data

The 9210 after a reboot will recreate a working copy of this file! PS you will need to setup all your profiles again but better that a format anyday!

I had follow your direction to delete the dbprofile.db file and reboot the device but still having the same problems.The note "Unable to find specified object" still come out.When you had the same problem,does it work after you delete the dbprofile.db file?Really hope that i can solve this problem without go to the service center again and left my 9210 for few days.... ( Anyway,a million thanks for your helping....
