Sychronizing with microsoft outlook

Does anyone know how could I synchronize the contact and calendar changes to my 3650. New calendar events and new contacts are transferred proberly, but pc suite is not able to synchronize if I change for example the event time. Only new things are transferred. What should I do

Do you change the appointment time on the phone or on the PC or both?

In PC Suite, for the calendar synchronization task, have you selected "update in both directions", "only copy PC entries to device" or "only copy device entries to PC"?

I change the appointment time on the computer. (I have tried it from the 3650 also)
I have selected "update in both directions" and in uncertain situations pc to be the primary device.
