Has anyone else had this problem ?
My 9210 seems to loose contact with my memory card periodically. THis causes the 9210 to crash, lock or reset....
Am i alone in this, anyone suggest a solution ?
It's a shame, the 9210 is such a good idea, but seems beseiged with these little niggles.

I haven't had this problem myself, but I know that some MMC's are slightly thinner than the one Nokia supplies - this might be the cause of the problem. Is it a Nokia MMC which is playing up? A solution might me sliding a small piece of folded paper ontop of the MMC, between it and the metal cradle. I don't know about sticking something to it (like masking tape, because that could damage the MMC). What do other people think?
Hi
Hadn't thought of trying that idea. A small piece of card is now installed and I'll see if that works. T
The guy in the Link in Durham (where I bought it) said he gets loads of problems with them, suggests I might try getting it updated to the latest version, which might be possible while i wait at the local nokia service centre, Tyne Tees Telecom in Newcastle..... Will nip up there next week and see if this doesnt work, unless anyone has a better idea that is....

Well that seems to have more or less sorted it ! I had a little incident last night late on when it seemed to go when the batteries were a bit low..... But thats only one possible glitch when i would normally have had several...
Fingers crossed (now if i could only get that speccy emulate to run properly)
Thanks
