Just want you to know to be careful if youre using the Piel Frama Case. I lost my 16MB MS Duo stick today which i kept in one of its provided slot. Thank God it was the 16MB and not the 128MB. I suggest you use a piece of tape to make sure your Duo doesnt fall off. Mine probably fell off and I have searched all over for it in vain 😞 I still think this is a wonderful case. If only they can do something to make sure that those slots will be more secure, especially since it flaps around when you use your fone

Wow thats sad 😞 16MB is still not worth loosing 😞 What I do is I used the keychain Duo carrier that came with the 128 Christomas. Its very secure and it stays in the pocket at all times.
Did you keep the stick inside the adapter? I find that it stays snug with if you keep it inside the adapter.. Besides the adapter is something I think one would want to carry around as well.. In case you want to share a file with piece of hardware that obviously isn't DUO compatible.
I wish the 128 also came with a keychain case for the adapter, but no, it just comes with one for the duo
I read somewhere from a previous post that you can keep your extra duo inside the battery compartment, it seems that there's enough room there to keep 1 pc.
Sad to hear that pare. It almost happened to me too but I saw if falling off from the case. So I decided to keep it somewhere and that is at the battery compartment. It does reall fit in in there. You can fit 2 in fact and not only one as enterprise had mentioned. Try it.

Wow! Thats a cool MS compartment! 😊
I'm from Manila and I am desparately looking for a Piel Frama case for my P800. Can anyone help me as to where I can buy this case. I have searched for local re-sellers but up to now, I still can't seem to find one.
Please help. Thanks in advance
I never realized that i can keep my extra Duo in the battery compartment. I think its too late now to check on that. Oh well i guess ill just have to get another 128 stick from Brando. Hey nandymorales i suggest you get your case directly from Pielframa if thats what you really want. Their cases are not available here in Manila. You can check out their site.

there's so much room in the battery compartment that i keep my extra sims there, as well as the odd condom.
I just had a thought at water proofing the P800 on the cheap ....
I have now used the Piel Frama and the Krusell case eash for a few weeks and the problem with the Piel Frama case is that you must open the case or remove the phone to answer it. The designer was definitely thinking about a PDA and not a phone! Amazing is that I wrote the head of sales and the owner of the company and recommended they develop a case at the same quality level but with a thick plastic window so you can see who is calling when the phone rings but they didn't seem too interested in what a user thought. . .so I continue to look for a high quality leather case that allows good access to the phone while also providing good protection! Any recommendations??? Thanks
Use a BT headset. I mostly open the case to use the PDA features. One should not have the need to ever remove the phone from the case at all. If I'm wrong explain why the phone would need to be out of the case to answer a call or make one. All necessary buttons are accessible while the phone is in the case.
I have the same case and the only problem I've had with it, is that occasionally the leather strap (snaps) become unsnapped and the phone falls out of the case. I've been REALLY lucky in that nothing has happened to the phone.
The other problem with the case is that when you answer the phone, you either have this big flap dangling from your face, or you have a rather bulky phone with the face cover folded back.
That being said, its a VERY well made case.
I fold the case cover back when I use the PDA. However, I think I might be biased being that I probably have talked directly in the phone only 5 times. I always have my BT headset no matter where I go.
BigFeat. . . if you want to see who is calling having a blue tooth headset will do you no good. If the phone is in the case all covered up you must open the case to see who is calling. At the end of the day it is a phone AND a PDA the Piel Frama case has been designed by people who really don't understand that the case is not accessible as a phone case.
Hugalex...I dont think there is a better way of protecting the screen, how else would it be done?
Iam convinced that my ostrich skin piel frama case is the best there is, in terms of protection and quality.
I dont think a much better case could be made!
My crocodile skin offers excellent protection... I considered the Ostrich skin, but it wasn't stylish enough.. Anywho, I guess because my BT headset speaks the name of the incoming caller before the phone rings I don't have to look at the phone. But I do think complete screen protection is necessary. The snaps makes its much quicker to access your screen versuses the total enclosure cases.

In my opinion the Ostrich skin case is more stylish. 8)
The Crocodile skin case is something either a homosexual or a 1960s Pimp throwback would have- along with matching belt and shoes 😃
Only joking, Its a nice case but only a certain flash type of person can get away with owning one. . .
You must be that type of person,eh,Bigfeat?
8) .... it matched my aligator skin wallet...
i coughed up 35 UKP for this case, and yes it is very nice, protects the screen well, which was my major concern, but the damn phone falls out so easily.
I usually leave the phone in the case, with it folded back so i can see the screen when at my desk, the number of times i have stood up grabbed the phone only to find myself holding an empty case with the phone on the floor is unbelieveable.
Also as mentioned above, the two press tuds are easily knocked open, esp. when the phone is clipped to your belt and you have to stick a hand in your pocket, click click, phone drops...
it IS a nice case, but be careful
