Anyone interested in getting Opera on the 9210 might want to check out the article on www.my-communicator.com
Managed to get it working on mine and it is quite good. We are talking non beta, legal with more free memory than before.

Hi Zuber,
That's great news, any chance you could send those files to me. I don't have NT and I can't get them from the SDK, I am running on W98. Pls help. Appreciate it very much. Thx.

Dear Zuber or anyonw who has succeeded it, please email me the files mentioned above. Thanx~
Though I have SDK1.2 now, my OS is Windows 98..

Thanx a lot
It's still not very good (in my opinion). Any page with more than 'Hello World' takes up too much memory and Opera stops working.

I share TANKERx's opinion, but anyway I am not going to surf the web on a 9210, and if I need to quickly browse a page, Nokia's browser is sufficient.
Sigh..wish I were English native speakers or other Western speakers like you guys, coz' WWW on 9210 can't completely supoprt the Chinese websites... I have tried Opera 6 beta and found that it can support the Chinese websites without any problem.
I actually tried the tumb version of the files and found it left more memory free. Hence you could view far more sites without memory problems.
Also, after finding that some people had more free executable memory than me, I decided to format the device and not install any of the software that I don't use.
Not sure why, but some software seams to take up executable memory even though you aren't using it.
Anyway, after a reboot, and running Opera, now have 1.9 Mb memory free. I even managed to open the my-communicator site with all images (just).

I just tested myself..well. it works!!I got opera on my 9210...[ This Message was edited by Mac on 2002-06-26 1839 ]
It works unless your firmware is less or equal then 3.62. Then you have to switch the pictures to "no". If your firmware is less or equal to 3.62 you cannot show images with opera
Hi Mac,
I do not have a NT machine. Could you, or anyone, email the files to me? Thanks in advance.

Cool
Every time I want to open an image I get an LDR-Import error. I/we made the conclusion this was firmware related since this only occured with some older firmwares. Oh well, glad it works for you
