Viewing and printing files

I am a business user of the P800 and would like help getting answers to the following, (I have talked to data support on the phone and this forum is as good a place as any to get answers);

1 - printing files from the phone (.doc or .pdf for example, stored either in the phone's memory or on the duo stick). Using the Siemens SL45 I was able to print a fomatted copy of my CV via the IR port, all that happens now is pages of jumbled text. Are there such things as generic printer drivers? Do I need one?

2 - I can view the pdf file on the screen but have to zoom in several times to actually be able to read it and when I do the text disapears off the screen. Fit to page takes me back to the unzoomed image. Also when I view the next page it does not keep the zoom level. Can I view the pdf file as a zoomed fit to page like my .doc files please.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Many thanks
