Problem with not enough memory!

Hello,

Somone had been borrowing my bluetooth adaptor for a few days, so my phone was getting full up with vids and pics. Now I've got home and am trying to send the stuff to my comp so I can free up room, but I've got problems. The phone ran out of battery a couple of hours ago, and now I've turned it on it won't do anything. I press the menu button, nothing happens for a few mins then a message shows up saying there is not enough memory to perform this operation! This isn't good...any ideas please?

Thanks,

Tom

Please use the search function next time.

Anyways. This is a bug the so called "memory bug" that fw versions 3.12 had. When the phone gets full and it is switched off, it cant reboot because it needs some free space. This is fixed in fw versions 3.16 and over. Your only choice is a *#7370# which will format your phone, and if this fails......a trip to your nearest NSC.
