Me too. I have heard some really bad things about AppForge and the apps that use it tend to be bloated.
I am certainly not going to risk the stability of my phone for a scientific calculator. That said, I haven't really liked any of the calculators I have used.
When I start to hear anything good about AppForge, perhaps I shall change my mind.
I tried Appforge, wasnt impressed. The software library is pretty poor, and tends to cost alot for what it offers. good idea badly implemented.
