Can the 3650 record phone coversations? if so how?

I understand it's an option from one of the soft keys on the 7650, but it doesn't seem to be an option on my 3650.
Use the sound recorder application via Menu.
But it only records for a minute!!!! Anyway to extend that limit....
No way,maybe someone knows
