I came across a sync app from unofficial sony ericsson club and wonder anyone use it before and does it work?
Have anyone use XTND connect before?
XTND Connect does not work with the P800. This app is for phones like the R520, T39, T68(i) etc.
XTND connect DOES work with the P800 but you need the latest version and you need an Extended Systems server (it sits before the Notes/Exchange server) to connect to.
We use the Extended Systems server at work but it isnt set up for Symbian devices to connect.

I am using XTND connect to synchronize my old ericsson t39m with outlook 2002 via bluetooth on my laptop under windows Xp and it works just fine. I have now since 3 days a new P800 and I am unable to install the PC suite on my PC. I always get a message telling me that another program has been intalled/desinstalled since the last reboot and it asks me to reboot my Pc in order to finish the last intallation. Of course no result at all when doing this. I also tried to desinstall the Ericsson Communication Suite R4A (using XTND) but without any success. :evil:
Can anyone tell me what to do or did anyone have the same problem ?
I am not an expert in windows registry, but I was thinking that the problem could be originating from there...
