You can tell, because it is grey.

Afterall a spy will be foolish enough to carry around a catchy sky blue phone! Let alone taking a photo with it!
AFAIK, the P800 only comes in the blue colour - the Grey one was a special one off for the film if I am correct (same with the T68i)
The face recognition software must be good as well.
I can hardly recognise my own face in the poxy grainy photos my P800 takes.

But I think the P800 in the movie is more "Silver Grey" while the one being released is more "Dark Grey". So I think it was a special made P800...
They were able to disintegrate several Vanquishs to load up the weapons ... to repaint a P800 is no big deal at all
