HandyDay/Tracker or ActiveDesk/Tracker combo better?

I already use Handy Day since the day it came out and find it quite useful. And now we have Active Desk. Is it worth to spend extra cash for it? Or should i just use Handy Day instead? I know alot of you guys out there are in the same boat. I am just hoping to get your opinion on this. And by the way I plan to use either with Tracker. Tnx guys 😊

Chris

I think the best combo is Handy day/Trekker as Active desk are pretty awkward for (coz i'm used to handy day alot) me other than the back ground pic 😃

Im trying out active desk right now and honestly speaking I think the picture has to be really light, in terms of color, so you will not have a hard time looking your todo's & calendar activities. Im still on the testing stage but as of the moment there is a big chance I will revert to handy day since its a simpler & more professional looking. Thats just my opnion of course.

I prefer Tracker and Active Desk.

But honestly, I don't think it makes a big difference whether you combine Tracker with AD or Handy Day. If you already have Handy Day; stick with it - AD will not offer you a great deal more..

Actually, I am not really that impressed (like everybody else seems to be)with either HD or AD. IMHO they are both very shallow pieces of software providing you with a SLIGHTLY improved only overview of things. I would be much more impressed if your overview page would be truly dynamic in the way that it would give you DIRECT access to that new sms or e-mail, or it would take you DIRECTLY to that specific task you just tapped - but no; it just routes you to the MAIN application (messages, tasks respectively).

I think, that if Tracker in their next version would implement an overview page (must be simple) like in HD and AD, and utilize the implemented page 1 and 2 for short cuts in a different way, fx. by making page 1 the overview page and page 2 the shortcut page, you wouldn't need HD or AD.
