There was one question about the reminder for birthdays defined in the contact list, but there was no answer. So you can define birthdays for people in the contact list, but in my opinion that's pretty useless if they don't show up in the calendar and there's no reminder for them.
Of course you can make repeated reminders directly to the calendar, but already in my previous phone, 6210, there was a possibility to make birthday entries to calendar which also has the information about the actual date of birth, so the reminder shows the age directly (if you know what I mean). However, this seems to have been forgotten in 3650, at least I cannot find it. Is this correct?
If so, what is the use of birthday information in contact list (other than just storing the information, which is not enough when there is such thing as calendar and a reminder)?
Anyway, I've had my 3650 for a week now, and that seems to be the only thing so far that I miss 😊
Don't worry, there is birthday reminder in 3650.
Set the birthday in contact. Sync. with outlook. then u will see that the birthday reminders will be in your calendar automatically after syncing.

No luck. I tested the outlook sync, but still birthdays are missing. Do you mean PC suite synchronize action with syncing with outlook? That's what I did, although I synced only calendar (my outlook contacts is full of useless e-mail addresses that I wish no have on my phone).
However, why would it require syncing? Users without need or possibility to synchronize the phone with outlook cannot have birthday reminders? sounds weird...unless the operation actually is so that syncing pc with phone creates first those birthday reminders into outlook, and then again syncing the phone with outlook recreates them into phone calendar 😊
I wonder the same thing... Anyway, why don't you try downloading Handy Dates. It's a reminder for all the important dates. I'm not sure if this answers your question though 😊
