Just downloaded 24 new movie trailers, abuse of the company network 😊

I'll convert & encode tonight, then do some more abuse of our network and upload them in the morning 😊

how you convert files to rm and resize

You need quicktimes quckeditor to turn the .mov's into .avi
Most other .mov to .avi converters will not work for movie trailers as the companies use a weird audio codec which other converters can not read..

Then feed the avi into RealProducer8 - or Helixencoder9 using real8 codec. You can also resize and crop widescreen into 4:3 (176x144) and produce the .rm file.

Do a search on these forums, it's been discussed many times.
If all you want to convert is .avi's and .mpeg's then all you need is the second stage. Most movies trailers are in quicktime .mov's thou.

ok i convert same file in rm and 3gp but the 3gp is better than rm (in my opinion).
i use nokia multimedia convert, easy and fast.

after I've downloaded the movie clips to my pc, how do i get it to my phone...and how do i watch it on my phone? I sent the file to my phone via bluetooth, but i don't know to to play it. Can anyone help? thanks in advance...
