OK, so lets get this straight.

Your in Taiwan!
Your main language is English!
But youve got a German 7650 before its availible in Germany?

how come u have your 7650 already ihave ordered mine still waiting anyway whats it like

You have to find the tools folder in you application shell first.
If that is found, then the rest is easy.
Open it.
Open the first application, which is setting. You can guess from the icon.
Open the first item, then the first item, then the first item... untill you reach a selection list which contains English in it.

System needs to reboot after language switching.
