I have just had to format my 9210i for the first time. This was a daunting prospect, partly because I couldn't find a step by step guide to the process.
So, 1st pass attached for review / comment / edit.
I hope that this can either be posted in the forums or, perhaps better, added to the alternative user guide for the 9210 that Rafe started.

PS. Please can someone help out with the parts about backup and restore of email, fax, SMS messages and e-mail / internet account settings?
