i'va a strange error and i don't understand why...
when i go to menu-->message-->options-->setting-->multimedia message i recive the system error message why?!?!?

Did you try restarting your phone? anyway, did you install programs on your phone?

you have 2 options:
option #1. do the hard reset on your phone:
1. back-up all your data
2. on standby mode press *#7370#
(be sure that you have ample battery for this procedure because this process will eat up a lot of battery power)
3. phone will restart by itself.
4. check if issue still persist.
5. if issue still persist, then you need to bring your phone to the service center to have it diagnose.
*be sure to back-up all your files/data for this procedure will delete the entire content of the phone.
option #2. bring your phone to the service center.
