TDK's dongles are just CSR based chip and so use the Widcomm software that most people here on this board are familiar with. Therefore I'd assume these drivers will work with any CSR based chip.

It works. I tested it with my Sitecom Bluetooth USB dongle. But, and here's the bad news, it's not possible to configure any service on the MS Stack with the Nokia 7650. The services field just stays empty.
