Are you guys having a hard time buying online? There seems to be an error... tried both of my credit cards already. Is it my credit card or there's something wrong with online ordering?

From Handango and a similar error on my-symbian using both my cards!
Try to contact thier customer service. I had the same problem before and they have asked me to fax certain documents, afterwards, I never had problem purchasing software from them. I think the Philippines is one of the countries with a high number of credit card fraud so they are just taking extra precautions here.
They should keep records because I already had several purcahses from them before. Anyway, I did contact them already. I hope they respond soon. My trial days on the Remote P800 are running out 😞

- had the same problem 2 weeks ago. Checked back and tried again 1 week later and it worked again. No idea what actually happended and they didn't care to reply to my form mail to customer care. Sucks.

I had this error areound two weeks ago also and decided not to continue with the purchase of active desk. Today, I tried it so many times already but still I get the same error 😞 I remember emailing them last time, and I emailed them today too. Hope they will be able to fix this problems soon.. Man they are losing sales because of this. This will make some people revert to warez you know..
As for me, Im desperate to have The Remote P800...
Have one of your friends try it out! Maybe his/her credit cards will work...or is it just a total shut down of on-line payment?
Yesterday Handango worked fine for me - bought the remote p800.
Will try again today. I used my credit card to buy the audio headset adapter and and it worked fine. THen tried it with handango and my-symbian again last night and it still didnt work.
This is getting to be frustrating. Since this is one of my most needed aps.

Good for you muzik! I am also having the same trouble as you. Funny thing is i never had such a problem with handango up to last year when i had my Ipaq. This problem started only this year. Anyway i had to fax them some documents last time i got my handyday. Its really such a pain to go through that process. And you dont get any handango frequent buyr points with fax sales. I hope they resolve this problem soon. For the sake of all of us
