Hi folks

Working and living in China right now. So i bought a Chinese language NK3650. Just one question...can i still download and use english language games and programs with it? Plus its not connecting properly via IR to my ACER notebook...?

chinese language N3650 are known to have problems with english software, therefore better get it flashed to english ver.

Hi
Arghh looks like i can only flash it when i return to Singapore for a short holiday or something. The Nokia Care Centre here is not capable of doing that.
Meanwhile. could someone recommend a reliable ir dongle to use or a reliable usb-bluetooth device to link my notebook to my phone?

for bluetooth- i would suggest that you buy the one that supports digianswer protocol or even serial profile protocol. be sure that the bluetooth that you will be buying works under profile 1.1
i would recommend socket bluetooth.

for Ir, usually the connection is not that stable but talking about experience, i would recommend actisys

hope this helps.

The connection using these devices is not guaranteed 100% sure, most especially if you will be using your phone as a modem or will be using the PC suite.

Yes.....got a SigmaTel USB-IRDA device and after many frustrated attempts got it to work but its wierd cos my PC Suite still refuses to work properly..can't start at all hmmm
