How can I change background/screensaver?

I found a neat pic and want it on my backgroun instead of the ugly att one. Can anyone help me?

Background:

Go to Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Standby -> Background Image -> Yes.

Note, even though it will already say Yes, choose Yes again, that way you can select a replacement image.

Screensaver:

You need a separate app to do this.
