Can anyone tell me how I can get round the problem of the 9210i not recognising the telephone numbers from the synchronised outlook contact file. It seems that as the numbers have the country code plus the '0' after the country code the 9210i does not recognise it. ie 00 44 '0'208 111 2222. I have 2000 names and numbers in my outlook contacts file. I do not want to have to go through and delete every '0' after the country code. Any ideas?
Outlook contacts synchronised with 9210i contacts.
I had a related problem. I use a plus sign in front of every phone number (for dialling out of country when abroad) and for some reason Outlook got confused with them. I ended up with a lot of double contacts. My solution was to not give the Outlook permission to write to my 9210 (I have 9210 not 9210i), only vice versa. The same goes to calendar too. Things have been more manageable since then.

I have 900 contacts on 9210i and ended up with the same solution as laura. I've not seen a better answer in these forums.
