somebody please help me... i bought a bluetooth dongle from scan.co.uk
and pc suite is not recognising my 3650 phone, i've seen elsewhere that it is compatible, but pc suite is jus' being a bitch and not recognising anything connected - appreciate someone suggesting some ideas here.. thanks

Maybe it's because of your OS Version.

Maybe your Win 98 is lacking a certain file or it is kinda old.

Try Win 98 Second Edition or maybe try Win XP

thanks for the replies guys.. but no ... i'm running win xp... and get this.. i've jus installed the latest wincomm drivers (.1.3.7.9) or something.. and now windows doesn't ever recognise a connection.... please help

i'm having the same prob with my IR connection

i can send to my computer bot not to the phone

and my pc-suite won't even open because it can't find the phone, I guess

check if your bluetooth supports digianswer and serial port profile protocol. also you need to check about it's profile because nokia phones works under profile 1.1

hope this helps.

JSUT go to Connection manager(>Start>Contol Panel),and choose bluetooth connection, and choose 3650,and all will work.I am 100% sure that you should do something in Connection Manager.

I do not know if this is any help. But I found this at microsoft knowledge Base. Did the alterations and viola.. My phone got a connection with the bluetooth.
