Help with media files please !

Hi guys,

I've done a search, and can't find an answer to this one, so i am going to have to ask !

I can transfer .rm files from my pc to my phone using PC suite, no problem.

However, Realone player only finds them if i transfer them to the phone memory and the video files folder - which means i can only have video files of max 2MB ish !

How can i make Realone find the video files on the memory card ?
( i have tried clicking to the right, which shows the folders " media " and " nokia " but the files i put on the card are not there !

HELP please !!

You must format your MMC card when you first insert it into your phone (even if your phone recognizes it). I doubt your MMC card was formated when you purchased your phone. Nokia confirmed they don't format MMC cards on their phones in the U.S.
After you do that, you can find any audio/picture/video file on your phone and your MMC card. However, if that would not help, the only thing left is to replace the card since it might be bad. Nokia would do it for FREE.
