Software Directory

I need some suggestions for the software directory specifically how to run it. I don't have the time to hand code all the pages in it (which is why it hasn't been updated in some time). So if anyone has a suggestions (e.g. a script I could use) I welcome some input. I'm outta ideas....

Yeah this is off topic for the forum, but this is the busy one everybody reads and I want to reach as many people as possible (and anyhow I'm the bosss! User posted image.

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for? Nothing obvious comes to mind.

What do you use to create the web-pages at the moment? Full web develpment software sure as Dreamweaver or Frontpage? A word processor package such of MS Word or OpenOffice? or straight HTML via a text editor?

I don't think you want to get into ASP's or JPS's talking to a database, for this site as its mainly just presenting static information. Thats even if you server provides provides the ability to go down this route.

I have to admit I've never tried to host my own web site because I know I'm too lazy to keep it up to date. I admire the people (such as yourself) who do User posted image

Maybe these could help you.

Of course the forums are very dynamic and now even nicer. 😃
I'm impressed by PHPBB its open source and works well.

I realy just meant the software directory. You tend to just add new entries and not change the old ones. I doubt if its worth anyone developing anything unless there is something already written but as I said I'm not quite sure what Rafe had in mind.
