firmware v 2.50 and v3.07

i have seen my friend handy 7650 and he has the 3.07 firmware 😮 and i have 3650 but 2.50 firmware 😮

can someone explane to me ?

The latest firmware for N3650 is 3.13.

The question I have is: How do I get my firmware upgraded to the new version? I have 2.53.

FWIW, you say your friend had a 7650 with v3.07. The first public release of 7650 firmware is v3.12, with the latest being v4.46.

I went to a nokia servicepoint in the Netherlands (Alkmaar beverkoog). I asked the dude if there was a new firmware update for the 3650, so he looked it up for me! but the latest firmware he found was the 2.50 ...

so i dont know witch service point you guys talking about, but there is no new firmware in the netherlands... 😞 😞

thts cos they probs aint received it yet

so nobody know�s the differens? will the "answering-machine" bug be fixed on that new firmware?

and will your hdw-2 work properly with that sw?

INFO ABOUT 3.13 FIRMWARE I GOT FROM OTHER PEOPLE ON OUR FORUM.I ASKED THEM TWICE WAS THAT TRUE ABOUT 3.13 firmware,they told that it is true.

Just as an example,someone once said that he upgraded the memory chip with in his 7650 with a bigger one and someone once said that there is a Bluetooth MMC that is being developed and that it will work with the 7650 and someone once said that the p800 has a Word and Excel editor built in and someone once said that he has a 7650i prototype that comes with an MMC card beneath the battery(I think we all remember that one 😊 )I can go on like this forever.The moral,don't believe everything you read in the forums.

Ok Ivomir,you have it,good for you,what about the statements that it supports 256MB MMC,has better batery usage and T9 unicode for some countries.Can you confirm or deny this?And just for the sake of clarity,post a picture that shows your firmware version.

How much does a firmware update cost? Can it be done in store?

Well,it should be free,if you are a club nokia member and your device still is under warranty.Otherwise,i don't know the price for an upgrade.
